Carol graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Latin. Her career began in Human Resources with a local bank and included administration of the company’s profit sharing plan. Her interest in the retirement plan component of employee benefits led to a position with an Albany accounting firm where she designed and managed their clients’ retirement plans for 10 years.
Carol serves as the assistant treasurer at her church. She lives in Niskayuna with her husband, David, and their two children. Carol enjoys running, reading, playing bananagrams, and spending time with family and friends.
