Schenectady County Bar Association- Annual Real Estate Update
On November 16th, Michelle Wildgrube and Peter Coffey presented their annual Real Estate Update for the Schenectady County Bar Association. This is the 11th year they’ve presented the update, which reviews significant cases in real estate law from the prior year. The update was presented on Zoom this year, as it was in 2020. In prior years, the update has been presented at the Schenectady County Bar Association’s Real Estate Seminar and the New York State Bar Association’s Summer Meeting. The Real Estate Committee of the Schenectady County Bar Association is looking forward to a live update in March 2022, stay tuned for details!
