Contact Crystal A. Doolity-Mills

Crystal is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, as well as the Northern District of New York federal court. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate transactions (residential and commercial), trust and estate administration, estate planning, asset protection, elder law, guardianships, and small claims. Crystal and the other attorneys at Cioffi • Slezak • Wildgrube P.C. develop long-lasting relationships with their clients to assist them with all their legal needs.

Through a six-year, joint B.A./J.D. program with the University at Albany and Albany Law School, Crystal graduated with her undergraduate degree cum laude in 2002 and received her law degree in 2004 with a concentration in Family & Elder Law. While at Albany Law, Crystal was an Edgar and Margaret Sandman Fellow at the Government Law Center in 2003 and co-authored “APS: A Response to Financial Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults”. She also interned with New York State Office for the Aging, New York State Office of Children and Family Services - Bureau of Adult Services, and Schenectady County Family Court with Hon. Mark L. Powers.

Crystal is a member of the New York State, Capital District Women’s, and Schenectady County Bar Associations and has previously served in leadership roles for the New York State, Schenectady County and Albany County Bar Associations.

She is also an active member of the community and has volunteered with many organizations and served on various committees and boards. Crystal presently serves on the YWCA NENY Board of Directors.

Crystal resides in Colonie with her husband and daughter. She enjoys sharing her free time with family, playing volleyball, and traveling.
