Contact Crystal A. Doolity-Mills

Crystal is admitted to practice in the states of New York and Connecticut, as well as the Northern District of New York federal court.  She is a member of the New York State, American, and Schenectady County Bar Associations and has previously served in leadership roles for the New York State, Schenectady County and Albany County Bar Associations.  She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate (residential and commercial), trust and estate administration, estate planning, business matters, small claims, and elder law.  

Through a six-year, joint B.A./J.D. program with the University at Albany and Albany Law School, Crystal graduated with her undergraduate degree cum laude in 2002 and received her law degree in 2004 with a concentration in Family & Elder Law.  While at Albany Law, Crystal was an Edgar and Margaret Sandman Fellow at the Government Law Center in 2003 and co-authored “APS: A Response to Financial Exploitation of Vulnerable Adults”.  She also interned with New York State Office for the Aging, New York State Office of Children and Family Services - Bureau of Adult Services and Schenectady County Family Court with Hon. Mark L. Powers.

Crystal is an active member of the community and has served on the Ellis Hospital Ethics Committee, the St. James Parish Council, the Leadership Tech Valley Steering Committee, and the Albany Law School Alumni Association Board.  She resides in Colonie and enjoys sharing her free time with her family, playing volleyball, volunteering and traveling.
