Cioffi • Slezak • Wildgrube was originally formed in 1995 as Carpenter & Cioffi, P.C., by Howard Carpenter, Jr. and Cristine Cioffi. In 2005, Howard transitioned from the firm, and it became known as Cioffi • Slezak • Wildgrube. Principals include Cristine Cioffi, Deborah A. Slezak and Michelle H. Wildgrube.
